We work hard to maintain and take care of our equipment. We
also carry back-up
equipment in case of a malfunction.

always dress appropriately. Our philosophy is to
dress in a manner similar to your guests. If your
event is a formal one, we will be dressed formally.
If it is more casual, then we will dress more casual.
For wedding receptions, we believe it is not appropriate
to dress in a formal tuxedo unless your guests are
dressed formally. Your DJ is not part of the
wedding party and should not try to "steal the show."
Being dressed in a manner similar to your guests allows
the DJ to blend in with the crowd until needed. Once
again, we allow the event sponsor to guide us in this
area.

We are experts at providing an event that is fun and has
class.

Our
music library is does not contain MP3's. All of
our digital music files are full wave files, which
produce a much fuller and richer sound. MP3's are
OK for portable music devices that you listen to with
headphones or in the car, but they are not good for
amplified sound.

What
you are really paying for when you
hire a DJ is his or her
judgment - what music to play; when to play
certain songs; what music volume is appropriate; how &
when to make announcements; what song lyrics are
appropriate for your event; how and when to transition
from one type of music to another; etc. Grant
Sparks is a musician who has performed with
various musical groups playing many different types of
music his entire life. Grant is a trumpeter and
former pianist. He has played in marching bands,
jazz bands, symphonic bands, brass bands, small
ensembles, and with church choirs. He played in
handbell choirs for approximately 10 years. These
experiences have proved to be invaluable in the DJ
business giving him a vast knowledge of all types of
music and the musical ability that adds quality to every
event. Any DJ can have
high quality equipment and thousands of songs, but good
judgment only comes with the right experience.
