How
much do you charge? This is a very common
question. Our price is determined by several factors: type of event, length,
equipment requested, etc. Let us encourage you to
select your DJ by looking at factors other than simply
price. We understand that price is a factor for
many and choosing a DJ by the lowest price is easy, but
understand there is a lot more to being a good DJ than
having a lot of music and a sound system.
We
encourage potential clients to compare prices but to be
sure to compare similar services and levels of
experience. Your event is important and is a
reflection of you. It deserves to
have an experienced disc jockey
who will provide you
with a
quality event that has
class and is
fun. To help you as you plan your event,
answer the questions below to prioritize your expenses.
-
How much are you paying per guest for food, facility
rental, entertainment, and decorations?
-
Which one of the above categories is most important
to the success of your event?
-
Which one of the above categories would be the most
damaging to your event if there was a problem?
There is a good chance that the answer to the last
question is the entertainment. The disc jockey
sets the tone of the event from the beginning. You
need to have confidence in the DJ with whom
you contract. You want to know he/she is going to
be there on time, have high quality equipment, present
him/herself appropriately for your event, and take your
direction well doing what you want. You want to
have confidence in the contract you sign to know exactly
how your money is going to be handled and what happens
in all "worst case scenarios." You don't want a DJ who cancels their
commitment to you because of an opportunity to work for
someone else for a higher price.
Wedding receptions: one of our
most common events. Because we are wedding
reception experts,
our price is more expensive than many other DJ's.
We believe that our wedding receptions are the
BEST
receptions you will ever attend, which is exactly what
you want for your reception! We believe this
because of the feedback we receive. From
background music to introductions to your first dance to
the tossing of the bouquet and garter, we receive
compliments about every aspect of a reception.
Your reception is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and you
want everything to be perfect. A disc jockey has
the greatest
impact on your reception. A disc
jockey with little experience and/or poor judgment is
quite likely to create the wrong atmosphere for your
reception. Our 20 years of wedding
reception experience assures you that your reception
will take place exactly
as you want. The price for a typical wedding reception is
$700. This
is the usual price for a four hour reception (actual
playing time). This price includes a
consultation session where the details of your reception
will be planned. The consultation session is how
we guarantee your reception will be exactly what you
want it to be. We guide you through every decision
you need to make for your perfect reception. Once
we finish the consultation session, you will know that
your reception will be exactly what you want!
Corporate events: usually range in
price from $500 - $1200 depending upon the size of the event,
length of time needed, & location. The typical
corporate event is usually in the $600 - $800 range.
Your event will be a success because of the service you
will receive. Businesses know the image their
employees see is just as important as the image their
customers see. The success of your event will
enhance your company's image.
Proms & school dances: usually range in
price from $300 - $1200. Proms are on the upper end
while school dances are on the lower end. The price
includes the
Safe Music Service
Ô.
DO NOT PLAN AN EVENT
where you are concerned about the messages in the music
being played without learning about our
Safe Music Service
Ô.
Charity
fundraisers can receive a lower price. We will be glad
to give you an exact price once we have all of the
details of your event. These prices are listed
as guidelines only and could be
lower or higher
depending on the circumstances.
