Question: If I hire SMS Productions, who will be my DJ?  Unless you are told otherwise, it will be Grant Sparks.

Question:  How do you reserve my requested date?  A contract signed and returned with a deposit ensures that your date is reserved.

Question:  How much is a typical deposit?  In most situations, the deposit is half of the contract price.

Question: What is covered by the contract?  The contract is designed to protect your interest as well as that of SMS Productions.  It covers cancellations, emergencies, and how your deposit is handled.  It is fair to all parties.

Question: How will you be dressed?  I will be dressed in relation to your guests.  Our philosophy is that the DJ should blend in with the guests.  What does this mean?  If your guests are in dress clothes, then I will be in a suit and tie.  If your guests are more casually dressed or more elegantly dressed, then I will do likewise.

Question:  Have you ever had to cancel an event?  No.  Our philosophy is that if you hire SMS Productions, we will be there!  All worst case scenarios are covered by our contract.
